Cancellations
All cancellations outside 48 hours of arrival will be at no charge for smaller bookings (1-4 units) and seven (7) days for larger bookings (5 plus units).

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may be charged at 1 night accommodation

Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or for no-shows will be charged for full stay.

Arrival and departures
Check in time is at 2.00pm, guests arriving prior to this time may, on occasions, be provided with rooms when they arrive, but only by prior arrangement.

Guaranteed access to rooms prior to 2.00pm can only be provided if the reservation includes the prior night.

Check out time is 10.00am. Later checkout may, on occasions, be possible, but only by prior arrangement.
Subject to the unit status on the day of departure, guaranteed late check out to 6.00pm may be arranged at 50% of the rack rate.

Payment
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

Visitors/damage
No visitors are permitted in units after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the units. There are ash trays supplied in courtyards and balcony’s for your use. If you do smoke in any of the units then you will be charged appropriate cleaning, damage and loss of income charges
